For Sale is a vintage Paper Mate green and white star burst Lady Capri 2nd Generation twist top pen from the early 1960's in excellent condition and requires a new refill. The pen has Paper Mate U.S.A. and 2 hearts engraved on the chrome ring. It measures 5" long and is very clean.
