    This is a 2000's vintage La Perla white garter belt, Size medium.  Four ribbon covered metal garters on straps.  This garter belt was worn once or twice, excellent condition.   Made in Italy.  Measures (unstretched) 12 1/2" at top and, 10 1/2" down sides.  Has some stretch at top, so I feel this would fit someone with 24 to 26 inch waist.
