Black & gold BRAHMIN ballpoint purse pen, needs a refill

A really pretty pen, I haven't used it; it's just been sitting here and I no longer have the wallet or purse. It will however need a refill unless you can fiddle with it to write, I tried for a sec. Pretty and useful, the gift of shipping is on me so good luck and just have fun buying. (cleaning out the big bin and the drawer that everything gets tossed in, keep an eye out for tons of small items)
**A promise I make that is true since my beginning on eBay back in 1999~ I do not hold items.
Once you see the tracking number, the item is taken out of the house to be shipped as I'm first and foremost, excited for you to get your item and secondly, I'm not into clutter. SO, please be patient with our delivery systems as they are overwhelmed and I can certainly speak for our local PO. They're operating on a skeleton crew and UPS also drops everything there for the USPS people to deliver! Also, combining shipping doesn't mean you get 2 or 3 items shipped for the price of one as a few have thought lately. It means I will pack everything together and save you money as in this example; one item is .15 to ship. Say you want 3 items, it will be less than tripling the price to be .45 but they can not all go for .15. (o:
